In nobody option, only admin of the group can send an invitation to another person. This invitation will remain active for 72 hours. If the person did not respond to this invitation within 72 hours it will be expiring soon.
This feature is currently working in the beta version of WhatsApp for iOS only. After several test and validation passed it will be announced with notification of the update on all the devices like Android and others.
The release date for this update is not been yet revealed but it will be soon publicly announced.
