Facebook accused BlackBerry for stealing their six Register things, which including voice-messaging tech,and Blackberry claiming it his own property . On Tuesday, Facebook filed a 118-page complaint in San Francisco Federal Court regarding the infringements. The Investigation is under Processing .

The other patent infringements claimed by Facebook Inc. are:
- Infringement of technology, which improves how a mobile device delivers graphics, video and audio.
- Patented technology that integrates monitoring and analysis of GPS data.
Not only the Facebook accused Blackberry but also both companies take revenge on their act doing these years. Its not new that Facebook Sues Blackberry later from this its happening this year Well, BlackBerry hasn’t responded yet, but earlier in the month of March this year, it was BlackBerry Ltd., who accused Facebook of patent infringes.
BlackBerry claimed that Facebook is using technology invented by them in popular social messaging apps such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
